VIDEOTEKA is a Serbian film from 2024, directed and written by Luka Bursać. Characterized as an urban fairy tale with elements of mystery and horror, the film deals with Balkan mythology and contemporary Serbian society.

 

Produced by the Mashina&Zec film company, Videoteka is a independent film in its purest form and the passionate work of  its authors. It was shot partly on 16 mm  as well as digitally over a period of four years, on locations in Majdenpek, Belgrade and Tara. It had its world premiere at the PopCorn Fright-s festival in Miami.
